What happens if I don’t pass the quiz?

You will need to reenroll in the training and retake the quiz. This includes paying the fee again.

Does the training have to be completed in one sitting?

No you can start and stop when you would like, however, the course expires after 48 hours of purchase.

How long is the certificate good for?

One-year. Each year you must complete the annual training before your ID expires. Training must be taken in separate years. (For example, 2020, 2021)

Can I stop and restart the quiz?

You can pause the quiz but cannot restart it. However, upon purchasing the course you only have 48 hours to complete before your access expires, so only purchase when you are ready to take the course!

How will I get my certificate?

Your certificate will be available once you pass the quiz with a passing grade of 80%. A link will appear on the course homepage with a button to print the certificate.

How will Cook County Jail know I successfully completed the training?

We (IPM) will send a report on the expiration dates to Cook County Jail Religious Services Department with the list of names of those who successfully completed the training. (Expiration dates, February 15th, April 15th, June 15th, and August 15th). Religious Services will email your sponsor with instructions to renew your Red ID.
